I tossed around the idea of having a small reunion in June/Julyish at the Rancho Simi Park. It isn't the most convenient spot as far as travel. But I think it's a very appropriate spot to start our reunions.

They have pavilions we could rent and a pool that can be rented.
The date needs to be discussed. I understand this might be tough for those in Utah to attend. To make it easier IF some would like to make it, we should probably plan it when school is out.

So lets start crossing off dates and see if we can find one suitable for everyone. (see poll on side bar)

Neal and I have been planning on coming to CA for about a month in the summer--but that month is actually mostly over the dates not listed (i.e. we can't come before june 18th and we would probably leave about july 19th or thereabouts). so july 17th may be the only date we can make; possibly the 24th. But I'm really excited to make this happen, so hopefully it will work out for us to be there!
ReplyDeleteI think this is a great idea. We will be in Finland/Europe the first three weeks of July but other then that we would be able to make the other dates, before July or July 31st and on probably. I think we should go with whatever date gets the most people there.

ReplyDeleteI have Robert's family reunion this year as well. It is going to be sometime in July. I will see if I can find out the specific dates. Other than that we should be able to make it.
